AMHA recently upgraded to new software on September 26, 2011. The username and password you had before this date have been reset. Once you have logged into the system, you can change your username and password under "Account Information."

For Individual Accounts
Username: Type in your AMHA number
Password: The first 3 letters of your last name (case sensitive) followed by your AMHA number.

For Entity Accounts
Username: Type in your AMHA number
Password: The first 3 letters of your account name (case sensitive) followed by your AMHA number. For example, if your account name is John and Mary Smith, your password would be Joh123456, NOT Smi123456.
